Terms and Conditions on Return and Refund Policy

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.

This is to inform that items purchased at PanapaAntipara Optical Clinic are non-refundable and irreplaceable unless stated otherwise. However, the change/repair of nose pads is one of the services that customers get for free once an item is purchased.

1. Discounted frames and lenses, and items on sale are irreplaceable and non-refundable;
2. PanapaAntipara Optical Clinic does not accept item return/refund unless the purchased item is found defective.
3. Return of the items may be granted, if the following provisions are met:
   1. The customer has 7 calendar days to return an item from the date he/she received it.
   2. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition when it was received.
   3. A receipt must be presented to verify the purchase.
   4. Returned items may only be replaced with a frame at the same price, once clinic staff verified customer's item return eligibility.
